Is this… my first travel diary? Yes. Let me introduce you to my shoe, for, since I cannot take a snapshot of my face, it will be your guide through my journeys. Thank you very much.
Here is one story: At the local airport, I have spotted a really cool hipster and followed him by gaze since. I don’t know which interests me most: him or the clothes he wore (hah!) but it turns out we’re taking the same flight! However, lost tailing at Baiyun Airport, Guangzhou, hence, this post.
Anyhow, during our check-in for our connecting flight to Amsterdam, we met two of our own! One lady is going to Italy, while the other, Ate Lanie, was actually a businessman in Holland. She sells local Filipino goods to our kababayans out there so they can still enjoy their favorite Pinoy snacks. It’s so nice to gain friends and flight companions. We never felt alone.
China’s time is one hour ahead of us, and we were surprised our boarding time is earlier than we thought! In a short time, we said goodbye to Guangzhou (and to stripe man), and headed on to an airbus straight to our Netherlands destination.
