Why I wrote this: Sometime this year, I wanted to buy a new phone. My old BlackBerry isn’t useful, or inspirational, for that matter. All I wanted was a cheaper Android alternative, since I know an Apple handphone costs much. I could have been contented with a BB Z10, despite the unfavorable remarks, but later on, when I’m gaining steady ground in my finances, I started pinning for something more. Had my eye on 6S when it came out, only to have it compared against Samsung’s new release. S6 Edge appealed so much to me, but the last minute, I had my heart on a Note 5.
On November, I took that splurge (first done via my dad’s credit card, where I had to pay him back in cash) and ran away with it. At first, I had regrets, because that amount of money is no joke! But thinking it over, I just had to thank my Heavenly Father for knowing how to give me the best things. He knows I really wanted a mobile working companion (with the nicest camera on the market) for my, um, creative use. And He gave it to me; just like that, no compromises.
Such a Prodigal Father He is.
