First things first: Game of Thrones.
Yes, I am one of those who pulled away from their desks once the show premiered on HBO and Sansa. Sansa. I am so proud of you and I would crown you queen if not for the dread that D&D are most likely to kill our faves. I’ve learned my lesson. But at least, everyone in the Throne-dom are recognizing how far you’ve grown, and you didn’t need swords or dragons to prove you’re sassy. You, darling, have survived. The very heart of winter.
And, Sam, WE DID NOT EXPECT YOU TO DROP *THE* BOMB THAT FAST.
I had the chance to meet M&Ms on Tuesday, which was capped off with a long walk from Coffeenity to Bayan because: 1.) The night was cool and 2.) We had more stories to share. I’m also thankful that the nice folks of CI did not kick us out, even though we’ve been sat on our chairs past 10, still talking like it was 8 in the morning thanks to the kick of coffee they served.
I had a bunch of Strange Dreams this week! None were recorded in March, but once I start having them, they go on for days.

Sisters A and A. Crayons. Going through a Hello Kitty house with traditional doors. A labyrinth to reach the helpers' room. A hop to another island. JL walks in the middle of the night. A mad dog. Chiba protects me.
Maundy Thursday. We took the jeep to Hagonoy with a change of clothes, intending to sleep at SIUMC because, why not? There’s no spare mattress in the pastoral house, so we did had to make do with, well, a folded-out karton over the bamboo-slat bed. Not bad. At least the room had air-con. Didn’t get too much sleep, but we did got to help Pastor (our dad) in making his program for tomorrow.
Good Friday. Woke up a bit later because, less sleep. The weather? Hellish. Dad did great on his 7 Last Words; family ate in then slept for a while before deciding to go home. OH. AND I DROVE HALFWAY (at least, out of the Longos area). I still haven’t forgotten my driving school lessons, but I was obviously very cautious because I had people inside to keep safe and unscathed. Ice cream. Chiba was happy to see us, obvious from the scratches he gave when he jumped at me. Slept the rest of the afternoon.
Black Saturday. Here, typing this story, because I haven’t posted a Week in Tweets post for quite a while, and I am mentally preparing myself to write something else; something unfamiliar, and I hope it finds its home with me. It’s rest day for us, but I worry about Easter Sunday because I want kids to enjoy nice things too. Hopefully, we come up with something.
There will be something. God never left us blank. x
